  • Redemption SMS should be shared. Please follow the instruction and redeem on the selected date, time and location. Must be presented on the day of redemption.
  • All redeemed gifts are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. L’OCCITANE reserves the right to collect or cancel the gifts used for sale.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision of L’OCCITANE shall be final.
